Baristas & Bakers Wanted
Highliner Coffee Co. has full-time & part-time positions available.
Barista Starting wage is $15/hr. + tips. Having coffee experience or wait staff experience is helpful, but not a deal breaker. We are a busy indoor dining and drive thru coffee shop. Multi tasking and having a great attitude is a must.
- We are expecting a very busy summer so we are wanting to train ASAP.
- We are also looking to hire a high school student to start training after school. Must be 16 yrs. or older with reliable transportation and a good amount of ambition.

- We also have a full-time prep baking position available.
Prep Baker Starting pay is $18.00 hr. + tips. Having a background in commercial cooking/baking is helpful.
- Understanding weights and measurements and proficient reading skills (when it comes to following recipes) is required.
- Must be able to multi-task, as this job requires you to be able to help with our breakfast menu, as well as our lunch menu.
- Plus baking cookies, sweet breads and dessert bars.
- You will be required to get your State of Alaska food handlers card, and having reliable transportation is a must.
